How To Complete Jewel Thief Blue Request Note
Complete The Request Before Take The Gondola
The request of Jewel Thief will take Leon back to the Courtyard he has passed through before.The request will be expired if you take the lift of Clock Tower, so get it done before taking the Gondola.

The Stolen Jewel (Crow's Nest) is located at the end of the path west from the Request. It does not take much to move there, as you only have to kill a few enemies in the Courtyard.
Crow Nest Is Located High Up
As it is a bird's nest, it is a little high up. When you reach the Objective on the image, look up a little and shoot the Crow's Nest with a Handgun.
The Jewel Is At The Position Where The Nest Fell
When the Crow's Nest is dropped, go check to see if the item has been dropped. Sell the "Scratched Emerald" to complete the request.
