How To Complete Even More Pest Control Blue Request Note
You Can Complete This Reques Even Before Receiving It
The request of Even More Pest Control can be found near the Merchant after soving the Electronic Lock Terminal puzzle in the Waste Disposals. The rat extermination can be done by defeating the rat without taking the request, so there is no problem in defeating the rats as soon as you find them.

The first one can be found just after entering the Waste Disposal. Look carefully over the ground as it is near the boxes.
