How To Get Silver Arrow Broom
Complete Arn's Side Quest
First head to the "Lower Hogfield" and speak to the Goblin Arn and start the Quest "Carted Away".
Speak To Arn And Purchase A Broom
If you have already completed the Quest, if you speak to him, you can purchase the broom with 5000 Galleon. If you have the money, then purchase it right away.
If You Leave The Village, Arn Will Move
When you complete the Quest, Arn will start to move, and if you move locations, he will disappear from Lower Hogfield. After he moves, he will be a little south of the village on the road, so head there to find him.
