* All quests can be accepted in Fornis Region Clear Her Reasons Quest. Then have Alexandria in your party and get info and discuss "Colony Iota Goods" to unlock and clear "Enemies and Allies" Quest in Colony Iota. Next, register Collectopaedia and send 15 Colony Iota Goods, then Get Info and discuss "Goods in Storage" to unlock and clear "Scant Supplies" Quest. Finally, Level up Incursor to RANK 10, get close to ? mark in Colony Iota to accept "Inescapable Past". Completing the quest will let you unlock Incursor's max Rank to 20.

Condition

* All quests can be accepted in Fornis Region
