No Game Effects
Aside from the achievements, you will not get any gameplay benefits from collecting this item.
Collect All For The "Master Set" Trophy
You can get the "Master Set" trophy achievement upon collecting all of the cards. If you're a completionist, this takes you one step closer to the Platinum trophy, "Every Last One of Them".
