The Flooded City Walkthrough Guide

The Flooded City Walkthrough Chart

No.	Procedure
1	Navigate across the city to reach the shopping area
2	Head to the location of the motorboat
3	Use the boat to get to go through the flooded streets
4	At the dead end, get out of the boat and locate the chains to open the screen
5	Continue your way through the city until you get to another dead end
6	At the bar, pull the trolley with packages to trigger the cutscene and boss fight
7	Defeat the infected

1. Navigate Across the City - Tips

Utilize Stealth to Avoid WLF Members

At this part, it's better to just maneuver away from the MLF members than to take them on. You'll need all the bullets and items you can get for later parts of this section of the story.

Requires Swimming Across Flood Water

You'll need to navigate through both land and water in this section of the game. You'll only be able to progress to different parts of the city if you swim through some of the flood water.

3. Use the Boat to Get Through Flooded Water - Tips

Enemies Will Appear while You're On the Boat

At one point after getting out of the building where you get the boat, enemies will shoot at you. Focus on getting out of that area rather than shooting at them.

7. Defeat the Infected - Tips

Keep Distance from Bloater

Bloaters are ridiculously strong and can easily two-shot you if you're too close to them. Make sure to keep your distance and only use long-range weapons when fighting against it.

Make Use of Mines, Molotovs

Molotovs are great to fight Bloaters since they go into an animation after they get burned. Use this opportunity to shoot them down. Mines are also great for high burst damage against it.

Recommended Weapon: Shotgun

Shotguns deal a lot of damage against Bloaters since they are pretty wide, making it easy to connect shots with them. You can also aim for their head for damage!

Located Near The Chains

The Safe Is located near the pulling chains required to advance on boat. it is locked behind a fence & locked doors. Bring the cart on the 2F down through a hole to jump across the fence.
