Jasmine Bakery is the first building to your right when facing down the alley. You can access it by smashing the window and climbing in. Also remember to smash the glass counters for food to restore HP.
Clue Is Found At Building Across the Street
To get the code for the safe, you need to enter the 3rd building at the end, go up the stairs, and jump across to the building across the street. A note can be found after turning left after you jump across with the code. Note that 2 clickers are on the second floor as you crawl through.
