Use Wooden Cart to Climb Up
There's a wooden cart to the side of the opening to the settlement. Push it towards the window and use it as leverage to get inside.

Seraphites Will Hunt You Down
During this sequence, you'll need to be on your toes because there are Scars all over the island. You can choose whether to sneakily go through it or just go guns blazing.
