The safe can be found inside an apartment building just right across the dumpster puzzle. Upon climbing the stairs, proceed to the left room and go into the bedroom to get to the safe.
Input Couple's Anniversary
A note on the table in the living room states that the code for the safe is the anniversary date of the owners. Look for a calendar beside the bed to see the date. Using the US format in specifying dates (MM/DD/YY), we can use the code 10-08-83 to open the safe.

The second safe in this chapter can be found inside an abandoned pharmacy, just above the stream. Be sure to take the path to your left instead of swimming downstream so you won't miss this safe.
Solution Is Behind The Counter
Before entering the crack in the wall to the safe, search behind the counter to get the codes for the safe. The solution is pretty straightforward with the code combination being 38-55-23.
