The door is located in the middle part of the "The Tunnels" and contains materials and an upgrade that can tremendously help you in the coming fights.
Clue Is On The Soda Can
Use melee weapons to open the furthermost vending machine in the room and get the soda can inside. Reading it will give you the code: 1-5-2-?-?. As the door itself only has 5 digits to choose from, and with two possible combinations left, you can unlock it with the code 1-5-2-4-3.
Locked Door Rewards
Get The Long Gun Holster
Aside from a number of assorted materials, you can get the Long Gun Weapon Holster after opening the locked door. You won't miss it as it can be obtained from the right-hand side red lockers. The Holster increases your long weapon carry slot by 1, allowing you to readily carry more long weapons in battle.
