Recommended Upgrades
Upgrade Damage First
Get the Damage upgrade first as it substantially increases the damage done by the Bolt-Action Rifle.
Capacity & Stability Go Next
Capacity increases the measly magazine count of the Bolt-Action Rifle, giving you more chances of firing the gun without needing to reload. Stability is already noteworthy and adding to it further might help in picking off very distant targets.
Scope Is Optional
If you find yourself constantly trying to pick off targets from afar, get this one. The Scope does help but do note that the Bolt-Action isn't silenced so expect enemies converging at your position after the first shot.
