Enhances Criticals
Increases Critical Rate, and when a critical hit occurs during a single-target attack, it deals Piercing DMG based on P.ATK. It has no effect that directly increases damage dealt, so equip it on a character with a high Critical Rate.
Less Effective With Low Crit
It's powerful if you can consistently land critical hits, but if you cannot increase your Critical Rate through your own buffs, support, Gear, etc., it won't seem as effective. Be careful, since this is a Weapon that depends on the character and team composition.
