Grit Gravel can be used to raise the effort level to 6 and can only be used when increasing level 4 to 5. The maximum level is 10, and each time you go up, your status will increase significantly.

How To Obtain Grit Items
①	Capture Pokemon on the map
②	Return to base and release the captured Pokemon └You can also sell the item if you need money.
③	Return to the village and repeat step 1

The most efficient way to obtain Grit Items is by capturing Pokemon then releasing them after. Note that the Grit Items you will get will depend on the Pokemon level you release. With that said, try to catch higher-level Pokemon.

Can Be Exchanged At Training Grounds

Grit Items can also be obtained by speaking with Zisu located in Jubilife Village Training Grounds. But it is hard to exchange since you will also need Grit Items in order to obtain a higher grade.
