Fight Enemies in a Small Area

When you enter the Area surrounded by the wire fence, the Love-Hate Gate will close and won't open until all enemies are defeated.

Love-Hate Gate can also be found in places other than Grand Malestorm and Blazing Trance. After defeating the enemies and breaking through, there are also places where you can use Treasure Buds or Escape Pods.

Battle Rush Tips and Strategy

Defeat Enemies One by One

In Battle Rush, you'll sometimes have to fight multiple enemies at once in a small space. Prioritize focusing your attacks on one enemy to thin their numbers.

Milene and Inva are Recommended

Using Milene's Skill "Stealth" will make enemies, except for Toll Types, lose sight of you. Aim to get out of the enemy's line of sight and launch a surprise attack.

The tactic of stopping enemy movement with Inva's Skill "Chronos Lock" and attacking with a Deathblow in the meantime is also effective.

Battle Rush proceeds by spawning a second set of enemies after you defeat the first set. There are a maximum of three sets.

Take advantage of this mechanic and recover your Health when only one enemy remains to prepare for the next set.

How to Restore Health (HP)

Heal During the Second Set in Grand Malestorm

In Grand Malestorm, you need to clear two Battle Rushes. In both, a large number of Yummies with almost no combat ability will appear in the second set.

Recover your Health during the second set and prepare for the next set or Battle Rush.

Prepare Before Entering the Gate

There are two Battle Rushes in Grand Malestorm and four in Blazing Trance. In the passages, there are Yummies like Craburgers and multiple Treasure Buds.

Before entering the next Love-Hate Gate, heal up with Craburgers or Vitanon.

Utilize Skills and Auto-Recovery

Timothy can recover Health and his Rage Gauge with his Skill. Also, Cores like "Rage Gauge Auto-Regen" and "Recover health while crouching" are effective.

If you have these Cores, wait before entering the Love-Hate Gate to recover before proceeding.
