Katana - Strengths and Weaknesses
How to Use the Katana
The Katana delivers a quick two‑hit combo that works against most enemies. Its standout feature is an area‑of‑effect Deathblow that strikes in all directions, which is very useful especially when you're surrounded. It’s considered a core weapon that's on par with the Bat, Wheel Blade, and Dash Arm.
Katana's Normal Attack
A fast two‑hit combo. If the first strike lands, the second usually connects as well. However, if the first hit barely connects from the tip of the katana, the follow‑up strike may miss. Its lunge distance is similar to the Bat.
Katana's Deathblow
Steps forward and unleashes a wide area attack that hits in front, to the sides, and behind. Best used against groups of enemies or when you’re surrounded.
Katana's Counterattack
A quick downward swing that serves as the Katana’s counterattack.
