What is Mastery
Feature to Strengthen Your Character
Mastery is a feature that allows you to enhance your Body using points permanently. You can boost stats like Health and Inventory Weight, so be sure to upgrade them.
How to Upgrade the BodyMastery is Not Lost Upon Death
Acquired Mastery Points and unlocked Masteries will not be reset even if your Body dies. Therefore, the more you unlock Masteries and strengthen your Body, the more advantageous your Exploration will become.
How to Upgrade with Mastery
Upgrade by Talking to Mom
Mastery can be upgraded by talking to Mom in the Iron Perch.
Iron Perch (Base) GuideMom is Near the Center of the Iron Perch
Mom is located near the center of the Iron Perch. She is on the way to the Pelican Beck, which you use when departing, so be sure to check in advance how many points are needed for the upgrades you want to make.
Strengthen Your Body Using Mastery Points
For Mastery, you can spend your Mastery Points to progressively upgrade nodes adjacent to already unlocked nodes. Note that the tree structure and content of unlockable Masteries differ depending on the Body Type.
Mastery Points Can Be Reallocated
If you reset your Mastery on the Mastery settings screen, you will get back the same amount of Mastery Points that you had allocated. Since Mastery Points can be reallocated as many times as you like, feel free to reallocate your Mastery Points as you see fit.
How to Obtain Mastery Points
Obtained at the End of an Exploration
Mastery Points are earned at the end of an Exploration. You will still receive a certain amount of Mastery Points even if your Exploration fails, so go on many Explorations to strengthen your Body.

Small Amount Obtained When Changing Bodies
You can also receive Mastery Points depending on your Body Rank when you change your Body. The amount is small, so think of it as a small bonus.
