This guide explains Stamina Usage and Recovery Guide in LET IT DIE: INFERNO. Including how to recover stamina and the penalties for running out of stamina in LID Inferno.
Actions That Consume Stamina
Stamina for Dash/Guard/Dodge

Stamina is primarily used for defensive and evasive actions such as Dashing, Guarding, and Dodging. Keep an eye on your remaining Stamina during combat.
Stamina Usage: Action Types
| Stamina Consumption | Type |
| Actions that Consume Stamina | - Dash - Guard - Dodge |
| Actions that Do Not Consume Stamina | - Attack - Jump - Deathblow |
Stamina is drained by certain actions. Dashing, Guarding, and Dodging reduce Stamina, while Attacking, Jumping, and using Deathblows do not.
Tips for Stamina Management
Stamina Depletion Restricts Actions

When your Stamina is fully depleted, both your gauge and character glow red, and you cannot perform Stamina-consuming actions for about 7 seconds. During this time, defensive moves like Guarding and Dodging are unavailable, so managing Stamina is essential in combat.
How to Recover Stamina
Stamina Recovers When Not Consumed
Stamina automatically recovers when you stop continuous-consuming actions like Dashing or Guarding. When fighting, approach enemies by walking and avoid unnecessary Dashing to prevent running out of Stamina.
Faster Stamina Recovery via Cores and Perks

You can boost Stamina recovery by equipping Cores to increase your Body Rank, using Perks on Armor, and unlocking Pearl’s or Patrick’s Mastery. Improving these makes Stamina management easier, so upgrade them strategically.
