Auto Turret Remains Active for 30 Sec.

When Joe activates his Skill, an Auto Turret is mounted on his back for 30 seconds and automatically attacks enemies and Yummies within range. While the Damage per shot is low, its sustained fire allows it to deal substantial cumulative Damage.

Auto Turret Has Excellent Range

The Auto Turret has a long attack range, reaching slightly farther than the Plasma Laser's fully charged attack.

Skill Upgrade Reduces the Firing Interval

Unlocking the Skill Upgrade through Mastery reduces the Auto Turret's firing interval, increasing its DPS and enabling it to eliminate enemies more efficiently.

Can Target Enemies Hidden in Bushes

While active, the Auto Turret automatically targets enemies concealed in bushes, even when they are not visible. In addition to dealing damage, the Auto Turret can also be used for scouting and detecting hidden enemies.

Attacks Nearby Yummies

The Auto Turret also automatically attacks Yummies, making it easy to catch fleeing Craburgers and Chocomoles. However, it cannot target walls, box-shaped Rotting Carcasses, or Weeping Skulls.

Use the Auto Turret While Falling Back

The Auto Turret attacks automatically whenever an enemy is within range, regardless of the player's actions or movement.

When overwhelmed by multiple enemies, deploy the Auto Turret and fall back, allowing you to maintain DPS while retreating.

Auto Turret Ignores Elevation Differences

The Auto Turret can target enemies regardless of elevation. Against enemies on higher or lower ground, it is sometimes possible to attack them safely by deploying the Auto Turret from a position where they cannot retaliate.

Use the Skill Cooldown (Per Hit) Core

Equipping a "Skill Cooldown (Per Hit) -1" Core causes each successful hit from the Auto Turret to reduce the Skill's Cooldown by 1 second, greatly improving Skill uptime.

If every shot hits, the Skill's cooldown will finish while the Auto Turret is still active, enabling near-continuous uptime.

Use CD Reduction Cores for Boss Encounters

The "Skill Cooldown (Per Hit) -1" Core is especially effective against bosses such as Gomamusha and Berserk Mironette, as these encounters tend to last longer.

Against Berserk Mironette, the Auto Turret can deal damage by targeting the weak point on its back.

Joe's Mastery Unlock Priority

Joe Mastery Tree Comment

Between Joe's Dodge Count +1 and Rage Gauge +1, prioritize the Dodge Count +1 node adjacent to Health and Inventory Weight. Given the strength of his Skill, unlocking Skill Upgrade early is also recommended.

Priority 1: Dodge Count +1

Required Points12800

Dodge Count +1 should be your top priority, as it requires only a few points and also grants access to nearby Health and Inventory Weight upgrades.

Priority 2: Rage Gauge +1

Required Points22600

Although it requires a significant number of points, Rage Gauge +1 is also a high-priority Mastery. Alternatively, you can choose to unlock Skill Upgrade first.

Priority 3: Skill Upgrade

Required Points19200

Skill Upgrade greatly increases the Auto Turret's firing rate, significantly boosting its damage output. Because of its strength, it should be unlocked as early as possible.
