There's an HP and an MP max up at the Entrance where the Draw Bridge is outside. Use high jump to get to the spot above the Entrance above the gate.

Search inside the big bells in the cathedral there are various Max up

I found 2 secret HP Max up at one location just above castle main gate before the Entrance location.

dian cecht cathedral has one more near number 4 just bit up and right, on the wall between the exits to the right on the map
