The OP's statement is accurate, just not the "last statue your touch" make sense. Only way to get the this collectible is talking to the last island you've discovered and talk to that statue.

How many toad statues are there? I've gotten all the islands, but nothing's given. Even won battles on Scuffle Island, and nothing.

Collectible No. 80 is incorrect. You must find all the toad statues and go back to the moon island to get the collectible.
