Prize Postcards are available at the Moogle Shop. All you need to do is buy items and spend your Munny at the shop!

Note that you will not always get a Prize Postcard when you buy from the Shop.
How To Use The Prize Postcard
Mail The Prize Postcards To Get Items
Once you have a Prize Postcard, use the mailbox on the left of the Twilight Town Moogle Shop to post it. After posting, you will receive items & materials.
There Is A Chance To Get Orichalcum
When mailing your Prize Postcards, there is a chance that one of the items that you receive is Orichalcum. Orichalcum is a material that you can use to craft the Ultima Weapon. Keep an eye out for these as they are very rare!

Some of the materials you can get from mailing your Prize Postcards can be Synthesis Materials. These materials are required for you to unlock the Ultima Weapon. Therefore, try to mail as much Prize Postcards as often as you can!
