Easier Stealth Actions & Movement
The Stealth Perk tree contains perks that allow you to sneak in undetected and do your objective. The tree has perks that increase your silenced weapon damage and also perks that give you more actions while undetected. This can make the numerous stealth segments of Side Jobs & Gigs easier.
Has Knife Throwing Skill
Knife Throwing is a skill that you have to unlock using a perk point. It can be handy during stealth segments as throwing knives is a quiet way to take down normal guards. However, do remember that thrown knives cannot be recovered and you need to equip another one manually to throw again.

The Cold Blooded Perk tree has a lot of skills that synergize together. With that said, you need to invest a lot into these perks to greatly affect the efficacy of the Cold Blood skill. Do not invest into this one unless you have invested 18-20 points into the Cool attribute.
