Game Begins With Character Creation
Cyberpunk 2077 begins with the Character Creation. Here, the player can choose from several options such as body features, voice, hair, makeups, and accessories. There are also various options that you can toggle on or off.

Some NPC characters can only be romanticized if you have the right conditions, such as male, female body or masculine, feminine. Put these into considerations as you're creating your characters.

How To Change Appearance In-Game
No Way To Change Appearance
There is currently no way to change your appearance in the game. This makes it an unchangable "point of no return" in the game - be careful and take your time!
