What Is The Secret Ending? - Rewards & Explained
Hidden Ending Option Locked Behind Conditions
Cyberpunk 2077 has a number of ending options to choose from during the mission, Nocturne OP55N1. One of them is a hidden one that will have you and Johnny Silverhand raiding Arasaka tower together!
Easy To Unlock, Hard To Complete
Unlocking the secret ending itself is not hard, but it's the mission after that will require a lot of effort on your end. Charging Arasaka tower will require you to have some of the best equipment and have a high level as enemies there are quite tough.
Must Clear In One Go
You only get one shot to complete this mission. Die anytime during it and it will immediately cut to the credits scene.
Secret Ending - Rewards
There seems to be no unique reward for the Secret Ending. Dying will definitely not yield rewards as it will cut to the credits immediately.

Clear Chippin In With The Right Dialogue Options
The first step to getting the secret ending option is to clear the Chippin' In side job. You need to select specific dialog options here when you visit the Oil Field with Johnny. Make a mistake and the hidden ending will be locked out.

Complete Blistering Love Side Job
Another requirement for the secret ending. The secret ending option will not appear unless you complete the Blistering Love side job before you get to the Nocturne OP55N1.

You literally need to wait 5 minutes in real time for this section. We suggest putting down you controller and only pick it back up once Johnny starts talking again. This indicates that you finally got the secret ending option.
