What Are Legendary Weapons?
Powerful Unique Weapons
Legendary Weapons are high rarity weapons that are more powerful than most other weapons you'll come across. These weapons come with high stats and incredibly useful effects - some of them even have multiple spaces for mods, making them highly customizable. Most Legendaries also happen to be Iconic.

The same piece of equipment can have multiple rarities, and with each different rarity you can expect it to have different effects. The higher the rarity, the more powerful effects it will end up having!
How To Get Legendary Weapons?

There are various ways to get Legendary Weapons in the game. Some of them drop after defeating bosses and completing objectives. Others can be bought (for a large sum of money) in weapon shops. These weapons can usually be found during the later stages of the game.

Some bosses you face over the course of the Main Job story will, on rare occasions, drop Legendary items. If you save before engaging certain bosses, you can try to farm them until a Legendary drops.
Obtain From Side Job Rewards
Certain Side Jobs will also have Legendary items as their reward. You'll have to go through certain specific procedures to get them, so make sure to look them up before you do so.
