Skippy Location - How To Get
Located In Vista Del Rey, Heywood District
Exact Steps To Find Skippy

1. Fast Travel To College. St or Shooting Range
↑ This PoV is from Shooting Range station. When you spawn in, turn and head immediately left!
The next step will be heading to an exclamation mark on the map. There are two in this area, so make sure you go to the one to the south. Simply use fast traveling to get here, as it's way faster than driving! You'll have two station options: College St. or Shooting Range. The first time we went, however, we didn't have access to College so we opted for Shooting Range station instead.
Jump Onto The Boxes
On your left from Shooting Range station (or right if you're coming from College), you'll see an entrance to an alleyway blocked off with some boxes. You can simply jump up these and enter the alley!
4. Loot The Gun From The Body
All that's left to do is loot the talking gun from the body! You'll get a detailed explanation from Skippy himself as to how to properly make use of him.
What Is Skippy?
An AI "Smart Gun"
Skippy is somewhat unusual, as far as pistols go. For one, he is capable of talking to you! This "smart gun" will also be able to help you aim during gameplay - it can choose to go for lethal headshots, or lower extremities instead. This gun will also scale with your level!
Iconic Weapon
Skippy is an Iconic weapon, which means that it is quite unique. It can be upgraded to higher rarities by crafting a new one (this destroys the lower rarity item). Since this is a very powerful item, you'll definitely want to consider upgrading it to keep it relevant all game long!
