Third Job For The Star & Temperance Ending
This job is needed unlock and accomplish the "Star Ending" and "Temperance Ending" of the game. To play this job, you'll need to complete required side jobs and make certain choices to unlock this route.

Walkthrough Flow Chart
| 1 | After you've neutralized Militech's strike team in previous job, drive the Basilisk into the tunnel |

| 2 | Join Mitch and Saul |
| 3 | Climb onto the SERC and start drilling |
| 4 | Get inside the Arasaka building. Climb up the building |
| 5 | Once you get near by the terminal, neutralize the guards and access the terminal |
| 6 | Reach the security room. Slot the shard into the terminal |
| 7 | Leave the manufacturing level and reach Mikoshi |
| 8 | Defeat Adam Smasher |
| 9 | Connect to Mikoshi. From here, you'll proceed to a next job Changes |

2. Mitch Taking Basilisk
Mitch tries to take the panzer alone to save rest of Aldecaldos. If you choose "Mitch is right, we gotta help 'em.", Mitch will leave you to save Aldecaldos.
3. Overdo The Enemies
As soon as you enter a maintenance shaft, a group of enemies will start looking for you. Take the path to your left to overdo them and reach the ladder at the end.
8. How To Beat Adam Smasher
Adam Smasher tries to punch you when you get close to him. You'll have an opening to attack after he finishes the punch combo. Use your melee weapon to deal heavy damage. Once you've destroyed his arm, he runs away from you and attack you with missiles. Hide behind the wall to protect yourself.
10. A Choice Which Branches Your Ending
Your ending changes depending on the choice you make when Alt says "The path to your body passes through that mortal well". See the table below for more details;

| The Star Ending | "Wanna live out whatever life I got left." → Enter the well to return to your body. |
| Temperance Ending | "Body's Johnny's. I'll go." → Cross the bridge and enter Cyberspace forever.. |
