| 1 | Talk to Jackie and enter Afterlife. Sit next to Jackie |

| 2 | After you've drunk with Jackie, follow Dex's bodyguard and join the briefing |
| 3 | Enter Konpeki Plaza and use the elevator |
| 3 | OPTIONAL: Check the bar before going up the elevator to see a Hideo Kojima Easter Egg! |
| 4 | Once you've finished talking with T-Bug, Scan the Shaft Grate |
| 5 | Take the control shard from Jackie. Scan objects to navigate Flathead |
| 6 | Sit and wait |
| 7 | Use the elevator and head to Yorinobu's penthouse |
| 8 | Go to the safe. Then, turn on the switch in the bedroom and interact with the safe again |
| 9 | Follow Jackie. Hide in the maintenance shaft until the event ends |
| 9 | OPTIONAL: Get 2 iconic weapons here before going to the balcony! |
| 10 | Get out from the window and jump off |
| 11 | Take out enemies and reach the elevator |

2. Reporting Dex About Evelyn Parker
You can report about Evelyn Parker trying to ditch the middleman to Dex. If you do so, Dex will trust you and promise to raise your reward. However, whatever choice you make, Dex will betray you at the end and you won't get any reward.
3. Check The Bar Before Going Up The Elevator
Although entirely optional, if you're in the mood to see an interesting Easter Egg, make sure to check the bar behind the receptionist before you go up the elevator! You'll be able to see the famous Game Director, Hideo Kojima!

There are 3 rooms where you need to scan objects and navigate Flathead. See the picture below for scanning locations.
1st Room

9. Get 2 Iconic Weapons After The Event
Before evacuating the penthouse, don't forget to check the bedside table to get an iconic weapon called Kongou. Then, don't immediately leave via the same-level balcony door. Instead, go up the stairs you saw Saburo come down. You'll find a way to the roof here. Check inside the helicopter to find the weapon Satori.
12. Ignore Minotauro
Once you've defeated enemies in the lobby, large robot called Minotauro appears. Since Minotauro's defense is extremely high, you can ignore it and get on the elevator.
Note: Boss Sometimes Glitches
The Arasaka Officer near the end of this level will sometimes glitch out, so be careful. If you find yourself stuck, try to move back and kill him before he can disappear and glitch off the elevator.
