Ending Branches & Conditions
Only The Final Job Branches Off
The point of divergence for endings in Cyberpunk 2077 is the final Job, Nocturne Op 55-1. The choice you make here will determine what ending you get!
Other Choices Don't Influence The Ending
The Lifepath you choose early on, the decisions you make in jobs prior to the last job, and your decisions to kill or not to kill certain enemies do not seem to have any influence over the ending. The only decision that matters is the one made in the final job, Nocturne Op 55-1.

If you want to see all possible endings, don't fret. Once you finish watching an ending, the credits will roll. Afterward, you'll be sent back to the part of the game where you made your choice. This means it'll be easily possible to take a look at every ending.
How Many Endings Are There?
There are a total of 4 Trophies & Achievements associated with the game's endings. It'll be possible to earn these by redoing the last mission. That being said, there are effectively a total of 5 endings you can see.

The Devil Ending
Ending Explained
In The Devil ending, you'll enlist the cooperation of Takemura in order to avenge Saburo Arasaka. However, in the process V takes a life-threatening blow to the head and is forced to make a choice on the space station. You'll have to either choose to undergo a surgical procedure, or return to earth to live for 3 months, eventually dying of your wounds.

The Star Ending
Ending Explained
V will leave depart from Night City alongside the Aldecaldos Gang and Panam. All memories of Johnny will be erased from your mind - you are freed from his influence and are left to live a happy life together with the Nomads.

V's body will be completely taken over by Johnny. V's consciousness will then be locked in Cyberspace, effectively swapping lives with Johnny. You'll be able to see scenes of Johnny living an ordinary life.

V will become a legend of the Afterlife in Night City. Johnny will go on to live forever trapped in the realm of Cyberspace

After the conversation with Misty and Johnny, V chooses to take some pills and commits suicide.

The Star & Temperance Ending Rewards
While you aim for The Star or Temperance ending, you'll play a main job called We Gotta Live Together. In this main job, you'll automatically get a legendary clothing called Aldecaldos Rally Bolero Jacket.
The Sun Ending Rewards
You'll get an iconic Hammer called Caretaker's Spade in the main job Knockin' On Heaven's Door. You'll also get an iconic assault rifle when playing the main job For Whom The Bell Tolls but you won't get to keep it after returning from the credit.
