1. How To Unlock This Side Job
The side job With A Little Help From My Friends does not appear right after you cleared the previous job Riders On The Storm. You'll need to skip the time for couple of days until Panam calls you.
5. How To Find The Entrance To The Control Tower
If your Technical attribute is more than 3, you can open to door right in front of you and find the entrance. If not, go around the left side of the building to climb up.
6. How To Find A Punch Card
Proceed to the end of the control tower and interact with a drawer placed on the floor. The card reader is located in the room next to where Panam is.
8. Getting Stuck In Front Of The Campfire
If you get stuck while talking to Panam in front of the campfire, move your camera upward to look up to the stars. Since V and Panam is talking about stars, you'll need to gaze up to the sky to proceed.
