Pickup The Fenrir Next To Monk
A key reward for this side job is the powerful SMG Fenrir that can be picked up rather early in the game. It is located under a neon light that says "open 24 hours".

The Fenrir is located right next to the monk in the warehouse, if you can make your way in you should be able to find it no problem. Note that whether you kill or merely incapacitate the Maelstrom members does not affect your ability to obtain this weapon! You can choose to go in guns blazing or be stealthy, it's your choice.

Stealth It Up
If you want to abide by the monk's wishes and not kill anyone, try climbing up these containers in the back. This will give you a height advantage over the enemies in this area. Go to the far back, drop down and sneak up to enemies to take them out one by one.
2. Don't Forget The M221 Fenrir!
Next to the monk you're suppose to save is the Iconic M221 Fenrir, under a neon sign. This is the "true" reward for this side job so be sure to pick it up & add it to your arsenal!
