Unleashes a Scream Nova when Shield is Broken
The Scream of Terror lets out a literal scream whenever its is broken. The Scream is accompanied by a Cryo Nova that does more than 1000 damage to all enemies hit.

This shield has a secret feature. It can mind control enemies hit by its nova if the user is afflicted with the terror debuff. You'll know you have terror when your screen has a wispy glow.
How to Get the Terror Debuff
The Terror Debuff can come from ghosts or from weapons with the unique terror debuff Anointed feature. This limits the build for this shield since its unique feature is reliant on the Terror Debuff.
Exclusive to the Bloody Harvest Event
The Scream of Terror is an exclusive Legendary weapon that can only be acquired during the limited-time Bloody Harvest Event. You won't be able to farm for the weapon after the event.

Dropped by Ghosts
Enemies with a mist-type glow around them will release Ghosts when they're defeated. These Ghosts will drop additional loot, which can include regular and event-exclusive Legendary Items.
Found Across All Worlds
Ghost-infected enemies, which includes humanoid, robotic, and wildlife enemies, can be found across all locations. It's not only found in the Heck Hole.
Part of Captain Haunt's Loot Pool
The Boss at the end of the Bloody Harvest Event questline, Captain Haunt's loot pool also contains the event exclusive legendary items. Farming him will require you to go through the whole Heck Hole every time.
