Outrunner Body

Part	Statistics How To Get
Outrunner	Developed by one of the big five corporations, it is the fastest land vehicle available and can "outrun" anything else. Unlocked in "Cult Following"

Outrunner Driver Weapons

Tesla Coil	Beams of shock damage that chains to nearby targets. TBC
Machine Gun	High fire rate machine gun. Available from the start.

Swarmer Missle	Fires a volley of missiles. The player in the gunner seat can laser guide the missiles. TBC
Heavy Missile	50% more damage on direct hit. The player in the gunner seat can zoom in for extra precision. Available from the start

Boost Canisters	Optimized for speed and duration, this boost is well balanced. Available from the start.
Blaze Booster	Starting with a big kick, this fast-burning booster is better used in smaller bursts. TBC

Sticky Bombs	Launches bombs that will stick to any surface. Concrete, armor, even flesh, you name it, it will stick. Explosion occurs after a set time, or can be triggered by the player in the gunner seat. Sticky Technical Hijack Target
Tire Bombs	Launches a bomb shaped into a fast rolling tire. The player in the gunner seat can steer the tire remotely. Spare Tire Technical Hijack Target
Barrel Launcher	Launches an explosive barrel. The player in the gunner seat can detonate the barrel midair to create cluster bombs. Available from the start.

Unlock Vehicles To Access Them In Ellie's Garage

Ellie and her garage are back in Borderlands 3! Just like in previous titles, she will take care of your unlocked vehicles & you can access them by going to one of her many shops or digistructs.

Vehicles Can Be Customized

You need to hijack some vehicles to get their parts. Visit various places in Borderlands 3 to nab enemy vehicles and bring them to digistructs to access and unlock their parts.
