Splash Damage Shotgun
Rather than precise shots, the Slow Hands shoot out projectile that does splash damage in a ranger large radius. Splash damage will follow the element the weapon has.
Heals Based on Damage
As a Moxxi weapon, the Slow Hand will heal the user a portion of the damage that is dealt. This makes it beneficial especially for those running an elemental build.
Comes in Different Elements
The Slow Hand can drop with any of the elemental damage types. This is completely by random so you won't know which one the Slow Hand will spawn with.

The Slow Hand is one of the exclusive weapons added to Borderlands 3 as part of the Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC. You'll need the DLC to be able to farm for the weapon.
