An update increased the damage to the torso and now you can get a kill in 5 shots if you hit any area other than the legs (More specifically, hitting the legs up to 2 out of the 5 shots won't matter). The TTK when you get a 5 shot kill is 260 ms, which is as fast as SMGs. However, The Effective Damage Range is about 30% shorter at 24.8 meters, so you will need to stay in the close to mid range.
The disadvantages include the short range mentioned above in addition to the small magazine, strong vertical recoil, and slow ADS speed. This build focuses on improving the short range and small magazine. The Recoil Control is slightly better, but once you are about 30 meters away from the enemy your bullets won't be able to hit the target accurately, so you need to keep the Effective Damage Range in mind and stay within close to mid range. If you don't like using the Iron Sight, you can lose the Rear Grip and equip an Optic instead.

This is a specialized build that doesn't bother with the slow ADS Speed but instead focuses on the Range and Recoil Control. The default ADS Speed is slower than an average Assault Rifle, but if you try to improve that with attachments you won't be able to improve the other stats. Luckily, the ADS Movement Speed is faster than the average Assault Rifle, so this build puts that to good use. You shouldn't have too much trouble in direct combat if you keep moving while using the ADS.
If you want to use an Optic, you can lose the Stock but keep in mind that it will decrease the ADS Movement Speed which is the core of this build.
