There are lots of broken down cars and rubble on the ground floor, so using the buildings to move around is easier. If you see an enemy below you, you can jump down and attack.
Jump Through Buildings And Watch Out When Exiting
When you are looking through buildings, watch out when you exit. This is because enemies might be entering the building and you might be in straight combat.
