How To Open Vault Easter Egg In Zombies MWZ

Devices All Locations

There is a secret Easter Egg aspect in Zombies MWZ. You will need to defeat 3 special enemies and activate 4 devices (marked in Red, excluding the moving target) and you will be able to open a locked vault in Shahin Manor (marked in Yellow) and receive weapons and bars of gold and other items.

Head To The Shahin Manor And Go To Basement

First you will want to head to Shahin Manor in the South-East of the map. To access the basement, turn left after entering the building and go down the broken elevator shaft. Grunts will be there so be careful when you enter.

Finding The Chess Board

Find the Chess Board on top of the table, next to the locked vault. This is a hint telling you where to go on the map, but the devices spawn in the same place so if you already know the locations, you don't have to come here first.

Black Chess Pieces Represent The Devices

The black chess pieces represent the locations of the devices. Other than the moving Knight, the locations are fixed and you can go straight to the device locations. If another squad has already activated any of the devices, then you will find the corresponding chess piece on its side and you do not have to go find that one.

Head To North-East Hut

The North-East Hut is the easiest to find out of all the devices. The device is sitting on the table in the corner of the building so you will be able to activate it right away.

Defeat Bishop Inside Of Smoke In Northwest Tunnel

Then head west to the North-West tunnel. Once you go inside and get close, you will see smoke fill the area and the Bishop will appear. Defeat the Bishop and he will drop the device.

Defeat The Knight Moving In The Vehicle

The Knight is the hardest to find since he is always moving in a car. Watch the map closely to find a single armored truck that will be driving around the highway.

Destroy Traps In South-West Hotel

Then head to the hotel that is on the South-West of the map. Inside there will be several traps so be careful not to get blown up.

Defeat The Rook

When you reach the very top of the hotel, you will find the Rook jump through the open door. Defeat the Rook and a device will pop up.

Head Back To Manor And Unlock Safe

Head back to the manor after you have gotten all of the devices. There is a computer on the back desk facing the vault. Activate it and it will unlock the vault.

Rewards Obtained From Easter Egg Vault

Random Weapons & Bars Of Gold

The biggest achievement of this Easter Egg is that you can find bars of gold and several items and weapons. You can sell the gold for a good amount of money so pick them up and also share some with your teammates.

King Mimic Will Appear

When you open one of the loot boxes, The King Mimic will appear. It isn't too strong but be prepared for one last fight.
