Where To Find Dog Houses
Doghouse Location Map
Doghouses spawn randomly each game, so they are not guaranteed to appear in the same spot every time. However there are several fixed spots that have a chance for them to appear, as shown in the map above. They won't show on the map until you get close to it, so you will need to keep an eye out to find it.

What You Can Do With A Dog House
Befriend A Hellhound Companion
You can interact with a Doghouse and you will find that you can place items in it. By giving it an item called Chunk of Flesh, which is an item zombies randomly drop when defeated, you can befriend a Hellhound as your companion.
