- Upgrade the Pack-A-Punch weapon to level 1 or higher
- Defeat armored Zombies in the orange area
- Obtain the Cyphered Tablet
Since Armor on Zombies appears frequently in the orange zone areas, it is recommended to upgrade your Pack-a-Punch (PAP) weapon level 1 or higher.
