This Sniper Rifle can 1 shot kill an enemy within about 50 meters as long as you hit them on the upper body including the arms. The KATT-AMR is also great since it can 1 shot kill an enemy no matter where you hit them, but the XRK Stalker is a lot easier to use if you consider its Mobility and Handling (especially ADS Speed).
This build mainly improves the ADS Speed so it will feel faster, but it is still a lot heavier than other weapon types so remember you always want to strike before they do.
