How To Obtain A Stronghold Keycard
Search Around Mercenary Camp
You have three options for obtaining the Mercenary Stronghold Keycard: It can be dropped from a Mercenary Convoy, found in the vicinity of the Mercenary Camp, or bought at a Buy Station.
It is easier to find it via the second method. Once you have defeated the surrounding Mercenaries, the Keycard can be found in the Merc Cache.
Where To Clear Terminus Outcomes Strongholds
Locate Strongholds On The Map
To find the Terminus Outcomes Strongholds, you can simply open the Tac-Map and search for Mercenary Strongholds. Searching for these Strongholds in the White Low Threat Zones is advisable, as the enemies are easier to defeat there.
Eliminate All The Mercenaries
To clear a Terminus Outcomes Stronghold, you must eliminate all the mercenaries in the building. To defeat enemies inside safely, it is suggested to start attacking from outside before entering.
How To Get Terminus Outcomes Records From the Stronghold Safe
Drill The Safe First
When you find the Stronghold Safe, drill it while defeating any nearby Mercenaries. Once the safe is opened, retrieve the Fortress Keycard - Legacy from inside. However, to fully accomplish the objective, it's important to search for dropped items around the safe.
Pick Up The Cyphered Tablet
Near the safe, you can find a quest item called the Cyphered Tablet. Pick it up to complete the objective of retrieving the Terminus Outcomes Records from the Stronghold Safe.
