This Battle Rifle has a different damage output when fired on full-automatic and semi-automatic. The damage is higher on semi-automatic, making it possible to get a kill with 2 headshots if you are within the Minimum Damage Range. The Minimum Damage Range is 44.7 meters long at default, so you will find the TTK a lot faster than other weapons in many situations.
However, although that is theoretically correct, the TTK will heavily depend on how fast you can tap fire. This can be one of the most powerful weapons if you are good at rapidly tap firing and also able to land 2 headshots, but otherwise this weapon doesn't have much of an advantage.
This build is mainly for firing semi-automatic, improving Range and Recoil Control while having less need to reload frequently. Getting headshots is a must for this weapon so Recoil Control has high priority. You can choose whether to have magnification for your Optics by preference.
