This high damage Sniper Rifle is capable of getting a 1 shot kill no matter where you hit the target or how far away they are. The damage output is high but movement is slow. The Bullet Velocity is also slow for a Sniper Rifle so it may be difficult to hit a moving target. The XRK Stalker is a similar Sniper Rifle with similar stats. It may not be able get a 1 shot kill depending on the range and where you hit the target, but it is lighter and faster than the KATT-AMR so we recommend the The XRK Stalker for beginners.
The ADS Speed of the KATT-AMR is so slow you won't be winning any shootouts if they catch you, so this build focuses on improving the biggest disadvantage which is the ADS Speed. You don't have to worry about precise aiming or where you hit the enemy since you have a guaranteed 1 shot kill, so if you don't mind lowering the magnification of your scope, something around 2.5x may be better to further improve the ADS Speed.
