Reach Cook Lv. 13 First
For Interval VII, the recommended Cook Lv. is 13. Challenge the stage once you've attained Cook Lv. 13.
Featured Menu is Essential

This stage is extremely difficult without a proper Featured Menu, so it's important to set the appropriate Cuisine. The recommended Interval VII Cuisine for the Featured Menu are Luxury Marbled Fried Meatballs, Curry Congee, and Scorpion King and Walking Mushroom Hotpot.
Defeat Enemies with Knockbacks

In this stage, you can achieve the Additional Objective by defeating all enemies that are trying to flee towards the Evacuation Points without letting a single one escape. All usable characters have access to Knockback Skills, so remember to utilize the trap gimmicks and go for fall kills to defeat them without letting them get away.
Stalling is Also Important

If you can't utilize either fall kills or trap kills, use knockbacks to push enemies away from the Evacuation Points, or use Cocoa's or Simona's Skills to restrict their actions and stall them. Beware that it becomes difficult to handle multiple enemies that approach the Evacuation Points simultaneously.
Check Enemy Buffs

The number of enemies increases with two waves of reinforcements. In each wave, there is one enemy with the Knockback Decay
buff that "reduces Knockback distance by 1 tile." Take note the enemy's buffs beforehand to identify which one has it.
