Map Location
The Frozen Lake is found near the middle of the Snowy Biome. It is North of Polar Peak and Southeast of Snobby Shores
Bird's Eye View
Once you are at the frozen lake, look for the roof of the non-residential building.It will be the only building not in the edge of the lake. Use your pickaxe to break it, revealing a shop underneath!
Close Up
Once you are in the shop, head to its second floor, and look for the Blue Boat on the wall. It will be nearest the counter with a sign that says GUNS.
