Map Location
You will find the Snowy Race Track within the Winter Biome. It's located relatively close to Happy Hamlet.
Bird's Eye View
Head northwest from Happy Hamlet and you'll get to the Snowy Race Track there. You'll be able to spot the Starting Point immediately.
Close Up
The starting point of the snowy race track is marked by a large overhead stoplight and scoreboard. Go there to begin your lap!

Any of the vehicles available in the game can be used for this challenges. You can either bring your own to the Race Track or take any of the ones that spawn there.
