You'll need to find and defeat Brutus in the Grotto to get his Minigun. Have weapons and healing items with you since the whole area is littered with Henchmen and Brutus is no pushover.

Brutus' Minigun is a beast of a weapon. It has close to none of the drawbacks of the regular Minigun, but with the same DPS output. Enemies and Structures can easily fall from it.
