Healing Items

Healing items such as Bandages and Medkits will replenish your lost HP. Keep in mind that you will need a few seconds to fully apply these items to your character.
Shield Items

Shield Items provide an additional protection against damage aside from your HP. You will need several seconds to consume these items and apply shielding to your character.

All of the introduced placeable items and traps were vaulted with Chapter 2 Season 2. No news yet when Fortnite will bring old ones or introduce new ones.
Landmines Could be Coming Soon
Mines can be seen in the Chapter 2 Season 2 Battle Pass trailer. It's quite possible that the never-before seen weapon could be added to the game with the 12.10 Patch Update.
