How to Get Heavy Sniper Rifle, Assault, & Burst SMG
Can Only Be Looted from ID Scanner Chests
The Heavy Sniper Rifle, Heavy Assault Rifle, and new Burst SMG are exclusive to ID Scanner-locked chests. They will not drop from regular loot sources.
Not a Guaranteed Drop
All 3 weapons are only added to the loot pool of ID Scanner chests. This does not mean that they're a guaranteed drop whenever you open one.
How to Open ID Scanner Chests
Wear a Disguise & Scan Yourself
Using a Phone Booth, you can disguise yourself as a Henchmen and scan yourself with the ID Scanner. This is a pretty safe trick since being in Disguise will make Henchmen ignore you.

If you can't find a Phone Booth, an alternative is to bring a knocked down Henchmen to the ID Scanner and scan them. This is risky since bringing a Henchmen will prevent you from using weapons & items.
