Snobby shores is found on the Westernmost part of the map. It will be just above the border of the snowy and grassy biome, and is West of the mountain with the Viking Ship.

Tips to Complete the Challenge
Go to Snobby Shores After Exiting Battle Bus
Upon exiting the Battle Bus, immediately head towards Snobby Shores to do the challenge. This will allow you to open your glider and go through the rings without the use of items.
Glide Through Rings From Eastern Sides
The Rings will appear horizontally to each other, requiring players to go through them from the Eastern side. Make sure to keep gliding to keep your altitude.
